Special Offers for RSPs
From time to time we run special offers to support our RSPs and their customers. Due to regulation these offers are not given automatically. Please contact your UltraFast Fibre Account Manager to sign a side letter and take advantage of them.
Update as at 07 January 2013: We hope everyone has had a good break and is raring to get started with the new year. We do not have any current offers at the moment, but do keep on checking this page from time to time as we are always thinking of ways to assist with your business.
Free Install on DFAS if ordered in December (Expired)
Direct Fibre Access Services ordered before 31 December, and installed before 28 February 2013, will incur no installation charges.
The offer is only available on standard installs.

Extension of Two Months Free Offer (Expired)
Extended due to demand.
All GPON orders placed between 1 October 2012 and 14 December 2012 will be free for two months. That means, there will be no monthly charges for the first two months' connection.
Orders must be for addresses that are available for connection by 14 December 2012. Use the address finder tool to check your customers' addresses are available.

Five Free Trial Installs and Three Months Free Service in June (Expired)
In June 2012 only we are offering all signed RSPs five free GPON (residential or business) trial installations with three months free service. These free installs are a great way to test and streamline your processes before the July launch. You need to order before 1st of July 2012 so make sure you get in quick.

No Term Contracts on all Bitstream 4 or Direct Fibre Products ordered before 31 December 2012 (Expired)
For the remainder of 2012 each Bitstream 4 Service or Direct Fibre Access Service ordered will receive no Early Termination Charges if that Service is terminated at any subsequent point in time.
